Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
The 7-day free trial costs nothing. If you don't subscribe, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time by replying “CANCEL” on our WhatsApp number, by using the cancel option in your account page, or by emailing hello@nityapost.in. You can also cancel the UPI Autopay mandate from your UPI app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep receiving posters until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because posters are delivered daily from the start of each period, payments are generally not refundable for partly used periods. We will give a full or proportionate refund if:
- you were charged after cancelling,
- you were charged twice for the same period, or
- we failed to deliver posters for 3 or more consecutive days because of a fault on our side.
Request a refund within 7 days of the charge by emailing hello@nityapost.in with your registered phone number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
